 Working on Ms-Outlook with data Backups and Network printers and HP Plotter.  Computer Desktop and Laptops hardware, install and replace various computer parts and peripherals using analysis software to diagnose and find solutions problems resolve.  Troubleshoot LAN/WIFI connectivity, configured permissions folder rights.  Provided basic support networking issues.  Built computers, installed/configured operating systems, support/install network devices (PCs, printers), map network drives, Do site surveys for the camera system.  Troubleshoot hardware faults on network equipment and computers.  Configuring AD and disk quota on Windows 2012 Server.  Managing over VMware servers 2008, R2 and 2012 with Supervised 4 VM servers for daily backups. Managing user and Active Directory by resetting passwords, unlocking accounts, adding users, and GP.
