I work closely with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure accuracy, turnaround time, and service quality, while maintaining data privacy and regulatory compliance. Previously at DNATA, I handled customer queries, bookings, service requests, issue resolution, CRM systems, and operational workflows in a high-volume environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, SLA compliance, and operational efficiency. From a technical perspective, I have foundational knowledge in Java, Python, HTML, and web-based applications, along with academic project experience in software development, database-driven systems, and responsive web applications. I am comfortable working with computer applications, internal systems, documentation tools, and digital platforms, and I am a quick learner with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
