Job description
Your job will be to maintain, manage, and develop content, data, and apprehensions for two websites at the same time for four months. You should be able to program and maintain the CMS of the websites before, during, and after the event (Disclosed during the interview). Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions. Maintain contact with different departments and update the websites according to the different department needs. Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery. Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction. Additional backup for IT support when website is not priority. Resolving IT support requests from employees. Answering employee questions regarding computer systems. Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems. Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues.
