We are looking for an experienced and strategic IT Manager to oversee and manage our
organization's technology infrastructure and operations. You will be responsible for the smooth
running of all IT systems within the parameters of budget, security, and company goals. The ideal
candidate is a hands-on leader who bridges the gap between complex business requirements and
technical delivery.
Core Responsibilities
 IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the administration of all IT infrastructure,
including servers, networks, hardware, software, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS,
Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
 Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the IT department staff, providing
training and assigning projects to maximize productivity.
 Budget & Vendor Management: Prepare and manage the annual IT budget. Negotiate
contracts and evaluate technology solutions and managed services with third-party
vendors.
 Cybersecurity & Data Governance: Ensure the security of data, network access, and
backup systems. Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
 Project Execution: Oversee major IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations,
and deployments, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
 Strategy & Compliance: Align IT objectives with overall business strategy. Enforce
internal IT policies and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry data privacy
standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
Qualifications & Requirements
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
 Experience: [e.g., 5-7+] years of proven working experience as an IT Manager or in a
relevant IT leadership role.
 Technical Skills: Deep understanding of data center management, network
administration, cybersecurity, and operating systems. Hands-on experience with
Microsoft 365, Active Directory, firewalls, and routing.
 Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Strong
communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.
 Certifications (Preferred but not required): PMP, CISSP, ITIL, CompTIA Security+,
or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA/CCNP).
