**🏭 Hiring: Factory Workers – Dubai**
We are looking for hardworking and reliable **Factory Workers** to join our production team in Dubai. The ideal candidates should be physically fit, responsible, and able to support daily factory operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist with daily factory production activities
* Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision
* Assemble, pack, and label finished products
* Check products for quality and report defects
* Prepare raw materials and production items
* Load, unload, and move materials safely
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
* Follow factory safety rules and company procedures
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience as a Factory Worker, Production Worker, Packing Helper, or Manufacturing Assistant is an advantage
* Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
* Good attention to detail and quality standards
* Hardworking, punctual, and responsible
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Immediate joiners preferred
