**👷 Hiring: Construction Foreman – Dubai**
We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Construction Foreman** to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, construction site experience, and the ability to supervise daily operations while ensuring safety, quality, and timely project completion.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities
* Assign tasks and monitor the performance of workers
* Ensure work is completed according to project plans and schedules
* Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications
* Enforce workplace safety regulations and company policies
* Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors
* Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment
* Report daily progress, site issues, and manpower requirements to management
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience as a Construction Foreman or Site Foreman is required
* Good knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and site operations
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
* Basic knowledge of construction drawings is an advantage
* Immediate joiners preferred
